HH Global is seeking a Regional Account Director to lead a key beverage client in North America from our St. Louis base.

You will shape the regional account strategy, nurture senior stakeholder relationships, and guide the cross-functional team to deliver innovative POS and merchandising solutions on time and within budget. As a strong leader, you will balance day-to-day support with long-term strategic planning, building a high-performing account team and ensuring superior service across

Qualifications

• Experience managing international technology and retail brands and delivering in-store solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking to develop customer account plans and execute across markets.
• Excellent client facing and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver the regional account strategy for the client.
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across the client organization.
• Ensure contract compliance with contractual responsibilities.
• Oversee financial performance, risk analysis and remedies for the account.
• Lead operational delivery across in-store POS, fixtures and installations.
• Drive innovation and product development for high-end retail solutions.
• Mentor and motivate the client engagement team.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth.
• Produce high-quality client communications and strategic reports.
