The role emphasizes aging analysis, proactive collection actions, and close coordination with the Division Credit Manager to optimize cash flow.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Accounting or Business related discipline.
• Two years experience in accounts receivable and credit & collections.
• Knowledge of collection laws and cash reconciliation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze aging reports to determine collection steps.
• Review and analyze accounts for follow-up actions.
• Communicate account status to Sales Center, Regional and GM.
• Process and record credit notes daily with payments received.
• Negotiate payment schedules within division guidelines.
• Prepare daily AR payments and submit per PoolCorp policies.
