Job summary

YQN Logistics is seeking a Regional Operations Director to oversee warehouse and distribution facilities, delivering strategic leadership for efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. The role focuses on multi-site operations, regional strategy, and budget management.

You will lead a regional team, drive productivity, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while partnering with leaders to align goals and enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational activities, including warehouse operations, transportation, and overall supply chain functions.
• Develop and execute regional strategies to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and mentor a high-performing regional operations team; promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
• Collaborate with regional teams and senior leadership to align goals and share best practices.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and regional partners.
• Manage regional budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Support new business development initiatives and expansion projects within the region.
