Job summary

YQN Logistics in Los Angeles is seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead warehouse, distribution, and cross-border supply chain activities, setting regional strategies to drive efficiency and safety while aligning with growth goals.

The role requires 5+ years in senior operations leadership across multi-site operations, strong leadership and analytical skills, and Chinese language proficiency preferred. Regional travel will be necessary to meet clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (required).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive warehouse/supply chain leadership, multi-site.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, distribution, and transportation processes.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and cost efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Chinese language proficiency preferred (speaking/reading).
• Ability to travel regionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational activities, including warehouse operations, transportation, and overall supply chain functions.
• Develop and execute regional strategies to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality.
• Oversee compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and mentor a high-performing regional operations team; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
• Collaborate with regional teams and senior leadership to align goals and share best practices.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to ensure high satisfaction.
• Manage regional budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Support new business development initiatives and expansion projects within the region.
