We’re looking for a data-driven, solutions-oriented Region Operations Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll go beyond the numbers to support strategic decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and help our branches run smoothly and successfully. This is not a remote position.
Candidates must already reside within a reasonable driving distance from the work location in Manchester, NH. Relocation assistance is not available.
As a Region Operations Administrator , you will support regional operations through data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. This key role combines financial insight with hands-on support to drive efficiency, compliance, and strategic execution across branch locations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and other data visualization tools.
Experience with Concur, payroll systems, and expense management tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports, costing models, and deliver actionable insights.
Proven ability to manage training, onboarding, and ensure compliance across teams.
Skilled in resolving customer issues and tracking escalations professionally.
Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities, coordinate meetings, travel, and events.
Willing to travel regionally for audits, training, and branch support.
