We’re looking for a data-driven, solutions-oriented
Region Operations Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll go beyond the numbers to support strategic decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and help our branches run smoothly and successfully. This role is required to work in our region office in Manchester, NH full-time.
This is not a remote position.
Candidates must already reside within a reasonable driving distance from the work location in Manchester, NH. Relocation assistance is not available.
Responsibilities
As a
Region Operations Administrator, you will support regional operations through data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. This key role combines financial insight with hands-on support to drive efficiency, compliance, and strategic execution across branch locations.
Responsibilities:
- Build reports, costing models, and dashboards using Excel and other tools.
- Manage regional invoice and expense entry in Concur; train new employees on related processes.
- Audit payroll, handle compensation updates, and maintain required state documentation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and support targeted collection efforts using trend analysis.
- Conduct branch visits for training, auditing, and ensuring operational consistency.
- Lead onboarding, orientations, and maintain training compliance across teams.
- Support and report on regional initiatives including sales contests and special projects.
- Act as a communication link between leadership and branches; gather and report data as needed.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and maintain resolution tracking.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and events for regional staff.
- Participate in financial review calls and assist in analyzing P&L trends and variances.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights through data storytelling, scenario analysis, and presentations.

Qualifications

Candidates must be able to work without close supervision and possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and other data visualization tools.
- Experience with Concur, payroll systems, and expense management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports, costing models, and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize and articulate data in an easily digestible format for varied audiences.
- Proven ability to manage training, onboarding, and ensure compliance across teams.
- Skilled in resolving customer issues and tracking escalations professionally.
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities, coordinate meetings, travel, and events.
- Willing to travel regionally for audits, training, and branch support.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
