Job summary

Jack Link's Protein Snacks is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee travel center locations in the Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain West. You will drive profitable sales, provide operational support, and coach managers within your region.

This role emphasizes team leadership, recruitment and training, and the ability to manage a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, while maintaining a customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit or regional management with financial responsibility.
• Experience in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Excellent customer service and culture-building skills.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Willing to relocate and work flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee travel center locations across specified regions to drive profitable sales.
• Recruit, train, and coach Managers; provide ongoing development.
• Ensure adherence to operational standards and financial targets.
• Foster customer-focused culture and high service levels.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing across locations.

Our Regional Managers oversee all travel center locations in their region and are responsible for driving profitable sales in the stores. Along with operational support, Region Managers must also recruit, train, and maintain their team by providing ongoing coaching and development to the Managers within their region. We are currently looking for candidates located within and/or willing to relocate within the Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain West areas.

Qualifications

• 5 years of multi-unit or regional management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with Profit and Loss accountability
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
• Great people management skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Must exemplify integrity and accountability at the management level
• Demonstrate excellent team leadership skills
• Must build, coach, manage, and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training standpoint
• Strong preference for candidates willing to relocate as needed
