Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking Regional Managers to oversee all travel center locations in their region and drive profitable sales. You will recruit, train, and coach Managers within your region while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in multi-unit management with P&L accountability and are willing to relocate as needed to cover Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain West regions. This role offers nationwide mobility and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit or regional management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with financial responsibilities.
• Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with Profit and Loss accountability.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to foster a customer-focused culture.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate integrity and accountability at the management level.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills for coaching and development.
• Experience in staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training new team members.
• Relocation to support regional needs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all travel center locations in the assigned region and drive profitable sales.
• Provide operational support and ongoing coaching to Managers within the region.
• Recruit, train, and develop regional staff to maintain a high-performance team.

Job Description

Our Regional Managers oversee all travel center locations in their region and are responsible for driving profitable sales in the stores. Along with operational support, Region Managers must also recruit, train, and maintain their team by providing ongoing coaching and development to the Managers within their region. We are currently looking for candidates located within and/or willing to relocate within the Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain West areas.

Qualifications

• 5 years of multi-unit or regional management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
