The role requires a BA/BS in finance or accounting and 2–5 years of FP&A experience. On-site work and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is required.
• 2–5 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience; homebuilding/real estate preferred.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and modeling skills; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial performance reports with variances, trends, and risks.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenarios, pricing, and investments.
• Assist in annual budgets, long-range plans, and periodic reforecasts.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across internal systems and reports.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations to reconcile financial data.
• Present insights to leadership in a clear, actionable format.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies.
