Job summary

RTT Medical is hiring a Sales Representative to drive adoption of regenerative medical devices in hospitals and surgical centers across the Greater Orlando Area. You will educate surgeons and staff, manage a strong sales pipeline, and partner with internal teams to ensure successful clinical outcomes.

The role emphasizes clinical education, ongoing customer support, and travel within the territory, with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of medical device sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive healthcare market.
