Job summary

Veolia Water Tech is seeking a Regeneration Operator 2 for the Pittman facility to manage resin regeneration, wastewater handling, and water balancing. You will lead start-up/shutdowns, perform lab tests, and enter SAP production orders for mobile equipment and resin regeneration, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in a comparable manufacturing environment involving material handling.
• Experience with SAP or Work Order/Inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor regeneration equipment within specified parameters.
• Unload/load resin in trailers and regeneration vessels; maintain proper parameters.
• Oversee wastewater management during regeneration and maintain DI water levels.
• Execute plant startup and shutdown procedures.
• Enter SAP production orders for mobile equipment and resin regenerations.
• Perform standard lab tests (pH, conductivity, silica, TDS) for quality control.
• Keep thorough records: checklists, data, issues, logs.
• Follow safety protocols; wear PPE and maintain a clean workspace.
• Mentor and train new hires; provide clear procedures and demonstrations.
• Occasionally operate a forklift and assign equipment to orders.
