Job summary

Veolia Group, a global leader in environmental services, seeks a Regeneration Operator 2 to manage resin regeneration, wastewater handling, and water balancing across a Pittman schedule 6pm-6am. You will operate regeneration equipment, input SAP orders, perform QC tests, and maintain detailed records.

Strong leadership, safety discipline, and hands-on training of new hires are essential. This role requires at least 4 years in manufacturing, forklift capability, and solid problem-solving skills,

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in a comparable manufacturing environment involving material handling.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor regeneration equipment within parameters.
• Handle resin unloading/loading in trailers and regeneration vessels.
• Oversee wastewater management and maintain deionized water levels.
• Enter SAP production orders for mobile equipment and regenerations.
• Perform standard lab tests: pH, conductivity, silica, and TDS.
• Maintain thorough records and logs.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Mentor and train new hires.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues.
• Occasionally operate a forklift.
