Job summary

Veolia seeks a Regeneration Operator 3 to lead resin regeneration, wastewater management, and related water-treatment operations on a shift. You will unload/load resin on mobile equipment, monitor process parameters, and ensure safety, quality, and performance targets are met.

As a backup shift lead, you will coordinate teams, complete documentation in SAP, participate in continuous improvement, and mentor junior staff while maintaining regulatory compliance and safe working practices in a

Qualifications

• Full comprehensive understanding of facility operations including dock operations, wastewater management, water balancing, quality control procedures, and resin regeneration processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Workspaces; advanced knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift safety compliance and ensure PPE and lockout/tagout adherence.
• Schedule shifts and operate regeneration equipment.
• Manage resin unloading/loading and monitor startup/shutdown parameters.
• Record daily operations and ensure documentation accuracy in SAP.
• Mentor and train shift members on quality processes and procedures.
• Lead change meetings and provide equipment readiness updates.
