Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible solid waste or recycling collection experience
• Two years of supervisory experience directing a complex solid waste or recycling operation
• Bachelor's degree required; substitution possible with relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Collections and Customer Service Division operations.
• Develop and implement routing studies and employee training programs.
• Collaborate with City Safety and other stakeholders to improve service quality.
