Job summary

SANY America seeks a Machine Refurbishment Floor Technician in Peachtree City, GA to disassemble, inspect, repair, reassemble, and test refurbished equipment per SANY standards.

You will follow floor procedures, perform diagnostics across hydraulics, electrical, powertrain and DEF/SCR/DPF systems, complete documentation, and ensure safety and quality before returning machines to service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience servicing or repairing heavy construction, agricultural, or industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, powertrain, or aftertreatment systems.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and standard shop equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and remove components safely according to procedures.
• Inspect removed parts for wear and report findings to the Floor Lead.
• Repair and reassemble components with proper torque and alignments; complete checks.
• Diagnose issues with hydraulics, electrical, powertrain, and aftertreatment systems; document results.
