Job summary

SANY America seeks an experienced Technical Service Specialist to provide on-site technical support for heavy equipment at its Peachtree City, GA location. You will assist dealers and end-users via phone and email, diagnose issues, and coordinate with service teams to ensure quick resolution.

The role requires five years in heavy equipment, strong English communication, and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, SAP, and SIS. On-site work and travel as needed support the US market growth.

Qualifications

Technical certificates and/or an associate degree in a technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years experience in heavy construction, industrial or agricultural equipment.
Excellent verbal and written English with strong phone etiquette.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.

Responsibilities

Provide parts support to dealers and end-users via call center or Salesforce.
Log, update, and close cases in Salesforce and CRM systems.
Interact with dealers/customers to address machine repairs and maintenance queries.
Identify requirements to properly qualify requests before diagnosis.
Research information using internet, SAP, SIS, and other databases.
Escalate priority issues and coordinate with other departments.
Solve problems with a root-cause approach and provide alternatives.
