Job summary

SANY America is hiring a Warehouse Assembly Technician at our Peachtree City facility. The role involves assembling midsize excavator components according to SOPs, using hand, air, and torque tools, and inspecting finished work for quality and safety.

The technician will read engineering drawings, follow work instructions, maintain a 5S workspace, and report any defects or safety concerns promptly. A high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools, air tools, and torque tools in a manufacturing or mechanical environment.
• Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assembly drawings.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet scheduling and attendance requirements

Responsibilities

• Assemble midsize excavator components and subassemblies following SOPs and engineering specifications.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and torque tools to perform precise mechanical assembly tasks.
• Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety best practices.
• Report defects, deviations, or potential safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear always required PPE.
