Job summary

Conservice is seeking a Refund Specialist to research credits and balances from utility providers and issue refunds to our clients. You will collaborate with utilities and teammates to deliver accurate, timely credit reconciliations and exceptional service.

This role requires keen attention to detail, strong communication via phone and email, and the ability to work independently or with a team to meet production and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Phone usage: Medium (about 40% of your day).
• Work on closed accounts with refunds, as well as other types of accounts as needed.
• Make a request to utility providers regarding a refund.
• Research credits and balances.
• Reconciliation of accounts as warranted.
• Documentation of all communications with utility providers.
• Identify and contribute to process improvement opportunities.
• Meet current production and quality rate.
