Responsibilities

• Research insurance policies and coverage information to determine refunds eligibility.
• Manage incoming correspondence across phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide "One Call Resolution" by leveraging resources to resolve client issues.
• Deliver accurate information to lender or borrower questions.
• Document and update borrower records based on correspondence and refund activity.
• Monitor and report refund limits to ensure policy compliance.
• Review and process refund submissions using SharePoint.
• Quote, issue, and process refunds for CPI on a scheduled basis.
