Responsibilities

• Adjust accounts receivable balance.
• Verify payments received with the Accounting Department.
• Follow up on outstanding refund requests.
• Special projects for refund and transfers.
• Finalize paperwork submitted to the Accounting Department.
• Answer phones to help patients with questions concerning the refund.
