The ideal candidate will efficiently handle refund processes, provide accurate information to clients, and ensure compliance with policies and coverage guidelines. This role requires strong research, communication, and problem-solving skills to resolve client inquiries across multiple channels.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Research insurance policies and coverage information to determine sufficiency and eligibility for refunds.
• Efficiently manage incoming correspondence across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide "One Call Resolution" by leveraging available resources and knowledge to efficiently resolve client issues.
• Deliver accurate, valid, and thorough information in response to lender or borrower questions.
• Document and update borrower records based on correspondence and refund activity.
• Monitor and report refund limits and thresholds to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Review and process refund submissions accurately and efficiently using SharePoint.
• Quote, issue, and process refunds for CPI (Collateral Protection Insurance) on a scheduled basis.
