Job summary

Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Refugee & Asylee programs in the Denver area. The role focuses on a strengths-based coaching approach to guide direct service staff, ensuring trauma-informed, culturally and linguistically appropriate care for refugee clients.

You will supervise the Community Services department, including volunteer engagement, housing coordination, and youth technical training, while maintaining rigorous program documentation

Qualifications

• Education: Social work or related human services background.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience with quality assurance, program monitoring, and performance assessment.
• Strong communication and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct service staff delivering refugee services with a strengths-based coaching approach.
• Ensure holistic, trauma-informed, culturally and linguistically appropriate services.
• Collaborate with service teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
• Supervise Community Services across volunteers, community engagement, in-kind donations, housing coordination, and youth training.
• Oversee program documentation, reporting and compliance with federal/state guidelines.
