Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains is seeking a Program Manager to supervise the Community Services department within the Refugee & Asylee programs. You will lead direct service staff, coordinate housing, orientation, employment, and benefits access, and ensure culturally and linguistically appropriate care for clients.

• Bachelor-level degree or higher as a minimum requirement.
• Experience in refugee resettlement or related human services preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating services across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a direct service team delivering refugee services in a trauma-informed, holistic manner.
• Supervise Community Services staff including housing coordination, volunteer engagement, and youth training.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with regulations and program standards.
• Collaborate with partners to advance resettlement plans and client goals.
• Provide staff coaching, feedback, and professional development guidance.
