Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains seeks a Career Navigation Coordinator to oversee refugee career pathways coordination and education across multiple sites in NM and AZ. You will train staff, manage program reporting, and assess client readiness for employment.

The role emphasizes counseling, documentation, and collaboration with community partners. Responsibilities include developing career plans, referring clients to training, maintaining records, and supporting job readiness activities

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related experience.
• Experience in vocational counseling or training preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse individuals and communities.

Mansioni

• Coordinate navigation efforts between Refugee Career Pathways sites.
• Train and onboard RCP employees and lead regular convenings.
• Lead reporting, audits, monitoring, and program obligations.
• Maintain client records and document progress in databases.
• Provide job readiness activities and resume development support.
• Develop employment and career development plans for clients.
