Job summary

Bethany Christian Services USA, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Intake Coordinator for a part-time, on-site role. You will organize intakes, support case tasks, provide transportation for arrivals, and maintain accurate client records within our refugee and immigrant program.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, experience in cross-cultural settings, and excellent communication skills. This is a faith-based, mission-driven team focused on compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited college.
• Experience in cross-cultural settings and strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Organize and attend intakes for the local site and inform staff and clients of the intake process.
• Conduct case support tasks including background checks, filing, and information input.
• Provide transportation for arrivals and intakes as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and track program outcomes.
• Attend trainings and participate in program activities as requested.
