Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks an Intensive Case Management (ICM) Caseworker to deliver client-centered case management for refugees, asylees, and ORR-eligible populations. You will assess eligibility, create SMART plans, support healthcare access, and collaborate with local partners to meet complex needs in a multilingual, multicultural setting.

The role requires strong relationship building, problem solving, and documentation in IRC systems; fluency in English and a valid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or related field preferred.
• Master’s degree in social work preferred.
• Fluent in English; English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Determine client eligibility for ICM programming and conduct intake assessments.
• Develop SMART self-sufficiency plans for each client.
• Evaluate progress every six months and adjust plans accordingly.
• Assist clients in navigating healthcare and social services, including benefits applications.
