Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese in Houston is seeking a Case Manager I to support the refugee resettlement program. You will conduct intake, assess eligibility, and develop individualized service plans in collaboration with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of administrative experience or refugee program experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess eligibility for program services, complete intakes, and create service plans. Refer within or outside the agency as needed.
• Maintain client files, update case notes, and track activities in agency systems.
• Assist with outreach, training volunteers and interns, airport pickups, and projects.
