Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Health Information Management, Public Administration, Social Work, Health Sciences, Program Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience supporting quality assurance, program compliance, healthcare operations, public health programs, data management, performance improvement, or related fields.
Experience performing program, process, or systems analysis and developing solutions to support operational effectiveness and quality improvement initiatives.
Experience monitoring program performance and evaluating compliance with established policies, procedures, standards, and requirements.
Experience managing, reviewing, and validating data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Knowledge of quality assurance principles, compliance monitoring practices, and performance improvement methodologies.
Ability to analyze complex information, identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
Experience preparing reports, analyses, findings, and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
