Job summary

Credence is seeking a Refugee Anti-Trafficking Program Specialist to support mission-driven programs focused on assisting vulnerable populations and advancing anti-trafficking efforts. This role serves as a subject matter expert responsible for case management, program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and technical assistance activities that support individuals impacted by human trafficking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Public Policy, Human Services, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience in human services, child welfare, victim services, anti-trafficking programs, or related fields.
• Experience managing or supporting complex cases involving multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of child welfare, anti-trafficking, victim services, or related human services programs.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to assess information and make recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management support and technical assistance for anti-trafficking programs and initiatives.
• Review referrals and assess program eligibility requirements to support service delivery.
• Coordinate with service providers, grantees, community partners, and other stakeholders to support client and program needs.
• Monitor program activities and ensure adherence to policies and program requirements.
• Maintain accurate and detailed case records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze case information and program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support certification and eligibility review processes by gathering, evaluating, and documenting information.
• Respond to inquiries and provide guidance regarding program policies and resources.
• Assist with preparation of reports, briefings, and other program documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex cases and improve program effectiveness.
• Support outreach, training, and engagement activities that promote program awareness and stakeholder collaboration.

Position Summary

This role serves as a subject matter expert responsible for case management, program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and technical assistance activities that support individuals impacted by human trafficking.

The ideal candidate brings experience in child welfare, victim services, anti-trafficking programs, or related human services fields and is passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable populations. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams, grantees, service providers, and external stakeholders to support program operations, monitor compliance, and facilitate effective service delivery.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:

• Provide case management support and technical assistance for anti-trafficking programs and initiatives.
• Review referrals and assess program eligibility requirements to support timely and appropriate service delivery.
• Coordinate with service providers, grantees, community partners, and other stakeholders to support client and program needs.
• Monitor program activities and ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and program requirements.
• Maintain accurate and detailed case records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze case information and program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Apply sound judgment and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Public Policy, Human Services, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience supporting human services, child welfare, victim services, anti-trafficking programs, case management, nonprofit organizations, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing or supporting complex cases involving multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of child welfare, anti-trafficking, victim services, or related human services programs.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to assess information, identify trends, and make sound recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate referrals, assess eligibility criteria, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and guide stakeholders, grantees, and partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple partners and programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
• Experience preparing reports, correspondence, case documentation, and other professional written materials.
