Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in health benefits, case management, or related field; refugee resettlement is preferred.
• Experience with data management, reporting, and eligibility systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MRD program eligibility determinations and benefits coordination across multiple states.
• Coordinate enrollment and benefits with LRPs, state agencies, and providers.
• Maintain documentation, QA controls, and routine reporting for program monitoring.
• Serve as a liaison with LRPs, state partners, and TPA; support training and TA.
• Respond to client inquiries and support outreach to ensure timely access to care.
