Job summary

Global Refuge is hiring a Program Officer for the Wilson Fish Bridge to Employment program to strengthen employment services for refugees and newcomers. You will coordinate onboarding, monitor partner performance, and provide training and technical assistance to subaward partners.

The role supports grants, reporting, and knowledge management, collaborating with employers and workforce organizations. A strong background in employment services and grant compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in social services or nonprofit management.
• Minimum of three years’ experience serving refugees, immigrants, or people with limited English proficiency; ORR program experience preferred.
• Experience with federal grants, subawards, contracts, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, training, and information sessions for subaward partner staff and stakeholders.
• Manage partner relationships and maintain current contact information and records.
• Support contracts, subawards, and MOUs with internal teams for timely execution.
• Monitor subaward performance and compliance with ORR and Global Refuge requirements.
• Provide technical assistance on program implementation, reporting, and documentation.
