Job summary

World Relief is hiring an Economic Empowerment Coordinator in Richland, WA. This part-time, temporary role (25–30 hours/week) provides direct employment services, helps with resumes, and leads job-readiness workshops for refugees and LEP clients. One day per week may be remote, with a project through 1/4/2027.

You will partner with the employment team to identify job opportunities, assist with applications, and maintain client confidentiality while serving diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Mature and personal Christian faith and alignment with World Relief values.
• 1 year minimum professional experience in employment services or case management preferred.
• Experience working with refugees and immigrants is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct employment services to vulnerable refugees and LEP clients.
• Collaborate with employment team to strategize placements.
• Search online for available job openings and assist with applications.
