Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate navigation efforts between Refugee Career Pathways office locations across NM, AZ, and potential new sites.
• Lead onboarding and training for RCP staff and conduct regular convenings.
• Oversee reporting, audits, monitoring, and other program obligations.
• Facilitate employment orientation and career development sessions for adult refugees.
• Maintain client records and document progress toward career goals.
• Provide job readiness activities and resume development assistance.
• Develop and refer clients to appropriate training and vocational programs.
• Build relationships with community, vocational, and educational partners.
• Supervise interns and volunteers as needed.
