Zero Zone Refrigeration Llc in Ramsey, MN is seeking an Engineering Lab Refrigeration Technician to assemble, instrument, test, and document results under the R&D Engineering Team Lead.

You will maintain a safe, clean work environment and may travel for tradeshows or customer sites, preparing detailed trip and test reports. Requires an Associate degree or equivalent in Engineering or HVAC&R with 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in Engineering or HVAC&R.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment for refrigeration equipment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience with Data acquisition systems; LabVIEW is a strong bonus.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate parts and assemblies from concept drawings and sketches.
• Assemble products from concept drawings and sketches; refrigerations systems as instructed.
• Set‑up and instrument products with test equipment to perform tests.
• Run tests using data acquisition systems or standalone test instrumentation.
• Analyze test data through Excel or other software.
• Write comprehensive reports to communicate test set‑ups and results.
• Travel for tradeshows or customer sites and write trip reports.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively or independently to complete tasks.
