Zero Zone Ramsey, MN is seeking a Sales Engineer to coordinate quotations, designs, and applications with customers and internal teams. You will research and develop plans for mechanical, electrical and electromechanical systems based on customer input.

You will act as a liaison across departments, ensuring projects meet specifications, schedules, and budgets. Strong engineering fundamentals and field experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and industrial applications.
• Electrical distribution and PLC knowledge are helpful.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office software.
• Understanding of business systems software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and internal teams on project requirements.
• Document all project-related communications.
• Design refrigeration mechanical and electrical equipment to meet specs.
• Prepare customer quotations and change orders; manage POs.
• Coordinate between engineering, production, and the customer.
• Visit job sites during startup and support field issues.
