Job summary

Hussmann, a leading provider of commercial refrigeration equipment, is seeking a skilled Technician to service supermarket refrigeration systems and merchandisers. You will diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and support sales opportunities with practical system knowledge.

The role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work nights or weekends as needed. A valid driver's license and EPA certification are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Formal HVAC/R education or equivalent experience.
• Must have 7 years field experience or 5 years with technical certification (External Candidates).
• EPA 608 Universal Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on supermarket refrigeration systems and self-contained merchandisers.
• Match customer needs with potential sales opportunities and diagnose quickly and accurately.
• Manage inventory and paperwork, maintain vehicle and tools, and drive safely.
