Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Product Service Technician to support refrigeration products for supermarket, cold storage, industrial refrigeration, and data center markets.

Based at the Waynesboro, PA facility, you will interact with external customers, apply troubleshooting expertise, repair equipment, and perform root cause analyses. Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree and 0–3 years' experience with refrigeration systems, with knowledge of refrigeration principles and control

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• 0–3 years of refrigeration system experience.
• Understanding of refrigeration principles and control systems.
• US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of transcritical CO2 refrigeration systems and ensure optimal operation.
• Diagnose system malfunctions and guide customers to solutions.
• Manage warranty claims and coordinate replacement parts.
• Document cases and service activities using Salesforce and other tools.
• Communicate with customers via email and other channels to provide updates and support.
