Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Product Service Technician to support refrigeration products for supermarket, cold storage, industrial refrigeration, and data center markets. This on-site role is based at our Waynesboro, PA facility, and involves troubleshooting, repairs, and root-cause analysis for external customers.

You will use Salesforce for documentation and work closely with customers to deliver timely, effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• 0–3 years of experience with refrigeration systems.
• Understanding of refrigeration principles and control systems.
• US Citizenship and/or Permanent Residentrequired.

Responsibilities

• System Monitoring and Maintenance: Oversee the performance of transcritical CO2 refrigeration systems and address issues.
• Customer Support and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with customers to diagnose and resolve malfunctions and provide guidance.
• Warranty and Parts Management: Handle warranty claims and coordinate part replacements.
• Technical Documentation: Use Salesforce and other tools to document cases and track support activities.
• Communication: Engage with customers via email and other channels to provide updates and support.
