Job summary

Johnson Controls in Waynesboro, PA is seeking a Product Service Technician to support refrigeration products for supermarkets, cold storage, industrial refrigeration and data centers. You will communicate with external customers, share troubleshooting and technical expertise, and repair equipment while performing root cause analysis.

Based at the Waynesboro facility, commuting distance or relocation is required; US Citizens or Permanent Residents only.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent required.
• 0-3 years of experience with refrigeration systems.
• Understanding of refrigeration principles and control systems.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of transcritical CO₂ refrigeration systems.
• Provide customer support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Manage warranty claims and coordinate parts replacement.
• Document cases in Salesforce and maintain service records.
• Communicate with customers via email and other channels.
