Job summary

Tyson Foods Seguin Plant is seeking a Refrigeration Maintenance team member for the 2nd shift to operate and maintain refrigeration systems, while upholding safety and Tyson policies. The role involves assisting the supervisor, supervising task assignments, and supporting preventive maintenance.

You will also participate in training other techs, manage parts inventory, and be ready to fill in as needed across the plant.

Qualifications

• 6 months knowledge or experience with HVAC systems.
• 6 months of industrial refrigeration experience.
• Ammonia refrigeration experience preferred.
• Ability to climb ladders and handle physical requirements per shift.
• Must comply with OSHA standards and follow safety rules.
