Job summary

Hussmann is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair refrigeration, heating and air-conditioning systems in supermarkets and cold storage facilities. You will operate independently, manage inventory, and contribute to first-line customer relations and potential sales opportunities.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, HVAC-R training, and EPA 608 certification, with extensive field experience.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred HVAC-R technical training or certificate.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, diagnoses and repairs refrigeration, HVAC/R systems in commercial settings.
• Develops first line customer relations and identifies sales opportunities.
• Manages truck inventory and completes paperwork accurately.
• Lead PM programs and serve as technical resource to other technicians.
