• High School diploma or equivalent required. EPA Universal certification preferred.
• EPA Certification (Universal) required; state licensure as applicable.
• 3+ years of related experience in HVAC/refrigeration maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee day-to-day operation and repairs on HVAC, electrical, lighting, and related systems.
• Plan and generate work orders; obtain tools, equipment, and materials; enter data in maintenance system.
• Inspect stores and advise repairs or upgrades; coordinate with store managers and supervisors.
• Respond to after-hours and weekend emergency calls as needed.
• Maintain safety and EPA compliance; document energy use and system settings.
