Job summary

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, EPA Universal certification, and 3+ years in a related field; must hold a valid driver's license and be able to travel daily in the assigned region.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal certification required and valid driver's license.
• Minimum 3 years' related experience in store maintenance or HVAC/refrigeration.
• Capable of independent work with minimal supervision; strong troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, refrigeration, ice machines and related systems.
• Complete work orders and enter data in the maintenance tracking system (Service Channel).
• Respond to after-hours calls; minimize equipment failures and refrigerant losses.
• Recommend repairs/upgrades to store managers and supervisors.
• Ensure safety guidelines and proper safety equipment usage at all times.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance tasks and communicate status to stakeholders.
