Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in CPG/FMCG.
• Strong preference for experience with CPG brands.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Refreshment brand P&L including the annual consumer support budget.
• Collaborate to ensure commercial success of new product launches.
• Guide brand and category deliverables to support the commercial planning calendar.
• Optimize brand positioning and marketing communication execution.
• Inspire a team of 5 marketers to unlock their potential.
