Perfetti Van Melle USA invites a seasoned Refreshment Brand Director to lead the full Refreshment brand P&L, drive annual brand plans and communications for Mentos, Trident, Dentyne and Bubblicious in the U.S.

You will build strategic roadmaps, partner with RDQ, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales, collaborate with Global Marketing in Amsterdam, and mentor a team of five marketers to deliver impactful growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of marketing experience with strong preference for experience in CPG / FMCG.
• Experience with leading brands in consumer packaged goods.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to design action plans for brand architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Refreshment brand P&L and annual consumer budget.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream partners to ensure commercial success of launches and manage existing portfolio.
• Guide brand deliverables for annual commercial planning including budget and materials for Sales.
• Lead brand communications and media planning with internal teams and external agencies.
• Partner with Marketing and Commercial Excellence for consumer research, shopper marketing and e-comm insights.
• Inspire and develop a team of five marketers for higher performance and career growth.
