We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon! As a Refractive Wavelight Manager, you will be trusted to sell the full product mix of WaveLight Refractive products based in the Seattle, WA, Salt Lake City, UT, and Bay Area, CA.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve sales objectives for capital equipment (excimer/femtosecond lasers/diagnostics) and procedural sales goals assigned to the territory. Manage all assigned accounts responsibly and efficiently.
  2. Collaborate with other Refractive Team members to generate sales, provide installation, and improve clinical and business outcomes.
  3. Handle expenses within prescribed guidelines and implement marketing plans.
What you can bring to Alcon:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (or high school +10 yrs; Associate +6 yrs; M.S.)
  • Fluent in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience

  • Adapt to new environments and work autonomously in a remote sales setting

Travel Requirements: 50%

Territory: Washington, Oregon, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Northern California
