We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon! As a Refractive Wavelight Manager, one will be trusted to work on selling a full product mix of WaveLight Refractive products based in the Seattle, WA, Salt Lake City, UT and Bay Area, CA.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Achieve the sales objectives for capital equipment (excimer/femtosecond lasers/diagnostics) and procedural sales goals assigned to the territory. Efficiently and responsibly manage all assigned accounts.
  • Routinely work in conjunction with other Refractive Team members to quickly generate sales, provide installation, improve clinical outcomes, and improve business outcomes.
  • Handle expenses within prescribed guidelines and implement marketing plans.
What you can bring to Alcon:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
  • 2 Years of Relevant Experience

$70,000.00 - $105,000.00
