Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years refinery or petrochemical turnaround planning experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 for planning and scheduling.
• Ability to develop detailed WBS in Primavera P6.
• Experience with resource loading and cost loading.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and P&ID.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule planned maintenance turnaround outages and related projects.
• Develop and maintain WBS and schedule baselines in Primavera P6.
• Resource-load and cost-load turnaround schedules for budgeting and staffing.
• Monitor schedule variances and assist with recovery or mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure scope and schedule alignment.
• Support regulatory inspection scheduling and execution.
• Identify and coordinate equipment, tools, services, and materials.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned.
