Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a Technical Training Manager, Learning and Development, to lead the refinery's training and qualification programs. You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, Environmental, and HR to ensure employees develop essential skills for safe, reliable performance.

The role oversees curriculum, instructor capability, and training quality assurance, driving metrics and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or credentialed training required.
• 6+ years in refinery/industrial Ops or Maintenance.
• Knowledge of refinery operations and maintenance practices.
• Ability to manage complex assignments and lead cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication, partnering, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence across org boundaries without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead refinery learning and technical training programs and processes.
• Set training priorities aligned with refinery needs and enterprise strategy.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, HR to identify learning requirements.
• Provide leadership to Technical Trainers, unit trainers, and SMEs.
• Oversee operator and maintenance qualification processes and identify gaps.
• Develop and monitor training metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure regulatory, corporate, and refinery compliance and audit readiness.
• Manage LMS activities, course assignments, and training records.
