Qualifications
- 8+ years management experience managing technical or engineering teams.
- 15+ years process engineering experience in refining or related industry.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams including process engineering.
Responsibilities

- Provides leadership for a corporate team of process subject matter experts.
- Communicates complex technical concepts to executive leadership.
